Inbound Organizer

Organize form submissions on a Kanban style board with 2 to 5 columns.

Keep track of form submissions that need a follow-up. Visualize leads, support tickets and contact requests.

Whenever a new submission arrives, it is displayed on the board in the left most column. Supported form plugins are:

  • Contact Form 7 + Flamingo
  • Contact Form 7 + CFDB7

  • Ninja Forms

Features

  • Submissions are displayed as cards in 2 to 5 columns representing the tracking status.
  • Drag and drop a submission to another column to reflect a status change.
  • Read submission details by clicking on it.
  • Select which form fields must be displayed on the cards.
  • Enrich cards by adding notes and colors.
  • Trash irrelevant submissions.
  • Import older submission to populate the board from the start.

The plugin adds the Inbound Organizer menu to the WordPress Admin environment.
